Beginnings ...
July-August 1994
he
name of Weytora was composed of the first syllables
of the names of four enthusiasts who met thanks
to their interest in early music. In summer 1994,
after a few months of repeating, they had made
a repertoire with which they set out on a 'tour'
into the streets of Autrichian, German, Swiss and
Italian towns. Although some of the members have
departed and others have come since that time,
the name has been kept as a memento of hard beginnings
as well as of unforgettable adventures and valuable
experience that we gained as buskers.
